Construction Partners, Inc. (CPI) is seeking a motivated Claims Administrator to join its Risk Department in an in-office role.

You will independently manage and analyze claims, coordinate with risk personnel, attorneys, and adjusters, and investigate incidents to ensure timely, accurate records. The position emphasizes strong analytical and organizational skills, with learning potential across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Two+ years of claims, insurance, risk management, legal, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; ability to learn claims-management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with legal contracts, insurance agreements, construction operations, or bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage and analyze new and ongoing claims through resolution.
• Coordinate with risk personnel, attorneys, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents, gather documentation, and maintain accurate claim records.
• Analyze claim and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely communication.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects assigned by the Vice President of Risk.
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
