• Independently manage and analyze new and ongoing claims through resolution.
• Coordinate with risk personnel, attorneys, adjusters, and stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents, gather documentation, and maintain claim records.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Provide admin support and assist with special projects from VP of Risk.
• Learn new systems, processes, and procedures as needed.
