Job summary

Construction Partners, Inc. is seeking a motivated Claims Administrator to join its Risk Department to manage general liability claims. This in-person role requires strong analytical and communication skills and offers competitive benefits, health insurance, and PTO.

The position focuses on independently handling claims, coordinating with attorneys and internal teams, and improving processes through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Two or more years of claims, insurance, risk management, legal, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn claims-management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with legal contracts, insurance, construction operations, or bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and analyze new and ongoing claims through resolution.
• Coordinate with risk personnel, attorneys, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents, gather documentation, and maintain accurate claim records.
• Analyze claim and operational data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely communication.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects assigned by the Vice President of Risk.
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
