Responsibilities

• Interpret coverage to settle claims within authority.
• Analyze investigation information and report findings on claims.
• Assess extent of loss or liability for claims decisions.
• Ensure drafts are issued as payments are prepared and releases obtained.
• Settle claims within prescribed limits of authority; comply with laws and procedures.
