Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjuster License required.
• 0-3 years of claims adjusting experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of claims adjusting required.
• Knowledge of Collateral Protection Insurance helpful.
• InsurTrak knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Examine claim forms to determine appropriate insurance coverage.
• Interpret account insurance coverage to settle claim.
• Analyze information from investigation and report findings to evaluate claims and determine loss or coverage.
• Assess the extent of loss or liability.
• Ensure drafts issued as claim payments are prepared and releases obtained.
• Settle claims within prescribed limits of authority.
• Comply with state laws, policies and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
