Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field civil construction activities for utility-scale power generation projects, including Combined Cycle Gas Turbine facilities. You will oversee civil craft personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of civil construction experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial/large-scale projects
• Experience with CCGT, simple cycle or utility-scale power generation projects preferred
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, grading plans, specs and schedules
• Understanding of sequencing, safety, and quality standards
• Knowledge of earthwork, excavation, drainage, foundations, site development

Responsabilidades

• Lead all civil construction activities within assigned project areas
• Supervise civil craft personnel, foremen, equipment operators, labor crews and subcontractors
• Ensure OSHA regulations and safety policies are followed
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and schedules to hit milestones
• Oversee site prep, grading, excavation, underground utilities, foundations and drainage
• Review drawings and specs to ensure proper execution
• Monitor productivity, quality and schedule performance
• Coordinate interfaces with structural, mechanical, electrical teams
• Manage subcontractor performance and adherence to requirements
• Support planning, sequencing and turnover activities
• Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation
• Identify and resolve field issues to protect safety and schedule
