United Grid Solutions is seeking a civil-structural engineer to support transmission substation projects in a dynamic engineering environment. You will deliver design direction, prepare drawings and calculations, and contribute to project management, cost estimates, and schedules.

Required 2–4 years in civil/structural engineering within the electrical industry; ABET-accredited education; EIT preferred with PE licensure within two years. On-site role in the New Jersey area with company benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred; PE license within 2 years desired.
• 2–4 years Civil/Structural experience in electric utility/power delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide civil-structural engineering expertise to Transmission Substation teams.
• Lead and support project planning, cost estimation, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and review substation civil-structural drawings and packages.
• Support proposals, cost estimating, and business development efforts.
