Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is seeking a Director of Civil Space Sales to shape and develop US government civil space business opportunities. The role requires strong technical or business background and extensive customer-facing experience with NASA, NOAA, and national laboratories.

Expect collaboration with senior management, program management, engineering, operations, and legal teams. The candidate will build relationships, develop civil space strategies, and manage proposal

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in engineering or hard science.
• At least 8+ years of experience in engineering, program management, corporate strategy, or USG sales/business development.
• Working knowledge of US civil space community and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with USG civil space customers and partners (NASA, NOAA, national laboratories).
• Support Astranis USG sales teams in interactions with civil space agencies.
• Develop materials to align Astranis capabilities with civil space priorities.
• Lead or support proposal activities and writing.
• Track civil space programs, budgets, and requirements in collaboration with government relations.
