Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated civil rights professional to support investigation and resolution of complaints, ensuring compliant and equitable patient care. This remote role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration, and regulatory alignment within a complex health system.

You will coordinate data collection, assist in training development, and partner with Clinical Risk, Patient Experience, and Legal teams to advance equity and language access initiatives across multiple service lines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience in civil rights, disability rights, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support and conduct investigations and resolution of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate and prevent risk related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
• Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting of civil rights data for insights.
• Coordinate collection and validation of patient demographic data for regulatory reporting.
