Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct investigations of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Maintain confidential documentation in line with policies and regulations.
• Lead data collection, validation, and reporting for compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and training development for staff.
