Civil Project Manager, Land Development

Trinity, FL

Own a full project lifecycle at a growing civil engineering firm where your name goes on the permit, the plans, and the finished development.

What You Need (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience in land and site development
• Hands‑on design experience with grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple active projects
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and agencies

What You'll Do

Manage civil site development projects from concept through construction across residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and municipal work in the central Florida region.

Lead technical design production including paving, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility systems. Work in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and apply ICPR and WaterCAD for drainage and hydraulic analysis.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies, guiding projects through central Florida permitting and approvals.

Own your project budgets, schedules, and deliverable quality start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Civil 3D proficiency
• ICPR and WaterCAD experience
