Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced civil engineer to design site and civil plans for land development projects in Florida. You will manage design teams from concept to construction and ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil engineering with land development focus, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Project, and ArcGIS. PE licensure in Florida or the ability to obtain within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and ArcGIS
• Experience with LEED, Envision, or other sustainability frameworks is a bonus
• PE licence in Florida, or ability to get it within six months

• Designing site and civil plans for land development projects

What we're looking for:

• Five or more years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development
• Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and ArcGIS
• Experience with tools like ICPR, WaterCAD, or StormCAD is a plus
• PE licence in Florida, or ability to get it within six months
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Solid communication skills and experience leading teams
• Familiarity with LEED, Envision, or other sustainability frameworks is a bonus
