Job summary

AEC Talent Acquisition is seeking a qualified Project Manager for our Orlando, Florida office to lead land development projects across residential and commercial sectors. The role requires technical leadership, production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and financial oversight of multiple projects.

Ideal candidates will hold a Florida Professional Engineer license, have at least 5 years of land development experience, and be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of land development experience with site civil and drainage design.
• Experience with paving, grading & drainage, sewer, plans, hydraulic modeling, and construction management.
• Florida Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience producing residential and commercial land development plans.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Their services include planning and land use for commercial, residential and industrial properties, design and permitting of water distribution and sewage collection/transmission systems, sewage/drainage pump stations, drainage systems, paving and related work, roadway design, stormwater management studies, and design, feasibility and due diligence studies and construction services.

Our client is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their Orlando, Florida office. The candidate should have technical and management experience dealing with teams on a variety of projects including production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and financial management. We offer a strong competitive compensation package, with equity potential.

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential and commercial land development construction plansproduction
• Experience with paving, grading & drainage, sewer, plans, hydraulic modeling, design, permitting, and construction management
• Project management experience such as project analysis, building and construction, critical thinking, financial resource management, listening, material resource management, oral communication, and planning is preferred
• Florida Professional Engineer license registration
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development with site civil and/or drainage design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must
