Land Development Engineering Project Manager P.E.

Location: Multiple Locations Across the US

Salary: Up to $190,000 (commensurate with experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Land Development Project Manager to join our clients' teams. As a key player, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading firms in the industry and contribute to the development of sustainable water solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of Site/Civil/Land Development infrastructure projects, from initial concept through project completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Ensure all projects comply with Florida Permitting and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Land Development/ Site Civil Projects or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Land Development, Site/Civil processes, design and permitting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
