Land Development Engineering Project Manager P.E.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Land Development Project Manager to join our clients' teams. As a key player, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of Site/Civil/Land Development infrastructure projects, from initial concept through project completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Ensure all projects comply with Florida Permitting and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
- Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Land Development/ Site Civil Projects or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Land Development, Site/Civil processes, design and permitting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
