Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group. The role requires 8+ years of total experience, with 4+ years as PM, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.

Travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide is expected. You will lead site development and construction activities, work with clients to define requirements, analyze geotechnical data, and manage budgets and schedules using discipline

Qualifications

Eight years total experience with four years as a Project Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; other degrees may be substituted at management's discretion.
Willingness to travel to project sites and other Westwood offices nationwide.
Experience in Land Development, Real Estate Development and/or Construction for Data Center projects.

Responsibilities

Manages land development Data Center civil projects to meet schedules and budgets.
Consults with clients to determine project requirements and feasibility.
Analyzes reports, maps, drawings and geologic data to plan and design projects.
Visits project sites to assess conditions and ensure conformance to plans.
Prepares reports, design documents, specs and construction administration.
Conducts on-site observations during construction to monitor progress.
Prepares calculations and inspection reports using discipline-specific software.
Supports team members through all design, production, review and construction stages.
