Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our Data Center group.

This role can sit in any of our Virginia or North Carolina office locations. The position requires eight or more years of total experience, including four years as a Project Manager, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and travel to project sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Total experience of at least eight years, with at least four years as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States.
• Experience in Land Development, Real Estate Development, and/or Construction.
• Experience managing Data Center civil projects, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Data Center civil engineering projects on schedule and budget.
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and other data to plan and design projects.
• Visit project sites to assess conditions.
• Prepare reports, designs, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Conduct on-site observations during construction to monitor progress.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, and inspection reports using discipline software.
• Support and communicate with team throughout all design, production, approval and construction stages.
