The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar status, 2+ years civil litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and excellent client management.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active State Bar license.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience is preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters from inception through resolution with supervision as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and trial-ready briefs for filing in court.
• Take and defend depositions and coordinate with clients and experts.
• Provide clear client updates and strategic recommendations.
