Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct case analysis, research, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, and mediation sessions.
• Develop and implement litigation strategy for all stages.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters.
