Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission to practice law in North Carolina (NC).
• Motion practice experience.
• Second-chairing trials and/or trial assistance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from investigation to trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Conduct case analysis, research and trial prep.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, and mediations.
