You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, take and defend depositions, and contribute to trial preparation, ensuring strong client service and professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in complex, general, commercial or business litigation preferred.
• Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full civil litigation lifecycle from case intake to trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and memos.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings and mediations.
• Develop persuasive legal arguments through research.
• Assist with trial strategy and execution.
• Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Progressively handle matters with increasing independence.
• Contribute to firm’s litigation practice and teamwork.
