Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with health and safety management systems (ISO 45001 knowledge preferred).
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of health and safety management systems across civil engineering projects.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and project delivery functions.
• Ensure works comply with current HSE legislation and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits across active project sites.
• Identify and monitor non-conformances; ensure corrective actions are completed.
