Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or Site Manager within the civil engineering sector.

Responsibilities

• Support Framework Managers and Project Managers in delivering a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant and materials to deliver on programme and within budget.
• Lead by example in health, safety and environmental culture, ensuring CDM compliance and company procedures.
• Prepare RAMS, WPPs and briefings; develop lookahead programmes to meet milestones.
• Monitor costs, forecast expenditure and contribute to project commercial performance.
• Assist with NEC contract administration and manage contractual obligations.
• Produce and maintain ITPs and quality documentation.
• Maintain site records, diaries and progress reports.
• Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks and planning meetings; liaise with clients and stakeholders.
