Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support to the construction team. The role acts as a primary point of contact to resolve on-site technical issues and supports WorkFace Planning, work packaging, and status updates.

Supplemental duties may include Change Order Management, Quality Control, Completions and PM support. The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and 3–5 years of field engineering experience in industrial projects, with

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field engineering experience on industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling and PM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to complete projects on time, budget, and quality.
• Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues; generate RFIs and track impacts.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure specifications and progress.
• Understand project schedule and ensure WorkFace Planning aligns with timeline.
• Prepare status reports addressing schedule, progress, staffing, safety, and issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including drawings and submittals.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet specifications.
• Ensure field activities comply with safety regulations and policies.
