Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support for construction teams in Texas. The role focuses on WorkFace Planning, issue resolution, quality, safety, and coordination with project managers and subcontractors.

Applicants should have a BS in Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of field engineering experience in industrial projects. Proficiency with MS Office and engineering software is preferred. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

• Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, including troubleshooting issues.
• Generate RFIs with Clients/Subcontractors and track impacts on scope, schedule and cost.
• Review specifications, standards and drawings from Clients, Subcontractors and Fabricators.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specs.
• Understand the project schedule and ensure WorkFace Planning provides work packages aligned to it.
• Prepare status reports on schedule, progress, staffing, safety and open issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain project documentation and review drawings and submittals.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet specifications.
• Ensure field activities comply with safety regulations and policies.
