Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support to the construction team on industrial projects in the energy sector. You will act as the front-line contact to resolve field issues and support WorkFace Planning, including work packaging and status updates.

Responsibilities include project management, site inspections, RFIs, planning to align field work with schedules, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field engineering experience on industrial projects preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot field issues; generate RFIs and track impacts on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Conduct site inspections, plan with WorkFace Planning, monitor progress, and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to standards and regulations.
