Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is now accepting applications for our 2026 summer internship season. As an Engineering Intern, you will assist with structural projects and gain on‑the‑job experience serving municipalities, mainly in construction phase activities.

This internship for our Structural service group will run in the 2027 Summer season. You will work on civil engineering tasks, help prepare reports and cost estimates, perform construction observation and staking, and may later contribute to design

Qualifications

• Selected candidates will be enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program from an accredited institution.
• Current sophomores or above with coursework in surveying and AutoCAD drafting.
• Ability to work outdoors, navigate rugged terrain, and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist civil engineering projects with planning and design tasks.
• Help prepare reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Support construction observation, staking, and administration duties.
• Contribute to design calculations and review shop drawings when assigned.
