Bolton & Menk, Inc. is now accepting applications for our 2027 summer internship season in the Transportation service group.

As an Engineering Intern, you will assist with transportation project tasks such as roadway design, traffic counting, plan production, and site visits. The internship offers opportunities to work in the office on plan reviews, quantity calculations, cost estimates, and occasional construction observation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program.
• Minimum GPA 2.8; desirable is 3.2 or above.
• Sophomore or higher with coursework in surveying and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist on civil engineering projects with tasks involving civil engineering, planning and design.
• Assist with preparation of reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with construction observation, staking, and administration duties.
• Some internships may involve reports, design calculations, writing specifications, or reviewing shop drawings.
