Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is inviting applicants for a 2027 summer internship in Land Development Civil Engineering.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting design and construction activities for land development projects, collaborating with a professional team to serve diverse communities. Ideal candidates are pursuing Civil Engineering, have a GPA around 2.8+ (3.2+ preferred), and are sophomores or higher with survey and AutoCAD coursework.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Civil Engineering degree program or closely related program.
• GPA 2.8 minimum; 3.2+ preferred.
• Sophomore or above with coursework in surveying and AutoCAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Assist civil engineering projects with planning, design, and reports.
• Prepare reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Support construction observation, staking, and admin duties.
• May work on design calculations, specifications, and shop drawings.
