Atwell, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Civil Engineering for Land Development in the United States. The role collaborates with Project Managers, analyzes site data, mentors junior staff, and produces hydrology/hydraulic reports, schedules, and construction documents.

It requires a Civil Engineering degree, 6+ years of related experience, and a PE credential. Based in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, you will lead and support projects, coordinate permit processes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• PE Required
• Experience managing projects including interfacing with clients
• Six (6) plus years of related experience
• Able to make frequent site visits in different states

Responsibilities

• Project Collaboration: assist Project Managers with drafting, reviewing and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
• Data Maestro: analyze survey data, ALTA surveys, easement and condo documents.
• Mentorship and Guidance: lead and train junior staff to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Technical Guru: prepare reports, opinions and recommendations including hydrology/hydraulic studies and schedules.
• Construction Support: perform permit applications, quantity estimates and support plan realization.
• Engineering Software Whiz: proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
• Future-Ready: develop PM skills through training and mentoring with growth toward PM role
