Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager who excels in driving high-impact land development projects. You will lead and mentor teams to ensure top-notch project delivery and shape the future of our engineering efforts.

With a strong background in Civil Engineering and PE licensure, you will oversee design, analysis, and documentation, while collaborating with Project Managers to meet schedules and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• 10+ years of residential and commercial land development experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and due diligence reports.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments to Atwell’s standards.
• Mentor junior staff with technical queries on land development projects.
• Oversee QA/QC to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Review and seal project documents for engineering compliance; analyze survey data and easement docs.
• Edit plans as required by agencies, municipalities and clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to track workflow and meet chargeability goals.
• Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.
