Atwell, LLC is hiring a Project Engineer in the land development sector. You will lead design efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and provide technical expertise across projects. Mentorship and collaboration with clients and teams are key parts of the role.

The candidate will use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools, contribute to permit applications, and ensure project deliverables meet regulatory and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required and PE license preferred.
• Experience with land development projects and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct the project team on assignments under the Project Manager.
• Recommend and implement design changes (grading, utility sizing) as requested by clients.
• Draft, review, and finalize site plans and reports for approvals.
• Support training and mentoring of junior team members.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and agencies.
