Job summary

Atwell, LLC in the United States is seeking a Project Engineer to lead site/civil engineering and land development projects, from entitlements through construction, using your expertise to deliver high-quality results.

You will design water and wastewater systems, manage multi-agency permitting, and collaborate with clients and government entities to drive growth and client satisfaction. A PE license and PA experience are preferred, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• PE Licensure is required.
• Local experience in Pennsylvania is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD and SewerCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
• Oversee projects from entitlements to construction completion.
• Navigate multiple permitting entitlements across governmental agencies.
• Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines for diverse developments.
• Engage with clients and government entities to strengthen relationships and support growth.
• Deliver high-quality projects and ensure client satisfaction.
