Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is accepting applications for a 2027 summer Civil Engineer Intern season. The internship focuses on municipal service work during the summer, offering hands-on experience with construction phase activities and reporting for various projects.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Civil Engineering program with a GPA of 2.8 or higher, possess surveying/AutoCAD coursework, and are able to work outdoors in varied conditions while holding a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum GPA: 2.8; 3.2+ preferred.
• Sophomore or higher with coursework in surveying and AutoCAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Assist on civil engineering projects with tasks involving planning, design, and execution.
• Prepare reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with construction observation, staking, and administration duties.
