You will mentor engineers, coordinate with clients and authorities, and drive technical excellence while supporting business growth in the Midwest. Relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• PE license in OH, MI, PA or IN is required.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with site development and land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the civil engineering team for land and site development projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations, project execution, workloads, and staff performance.
• Mentor engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and career development.
• Oversee site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and SWPPP plans.
• Review construction documents, cost estimates, and bid packages for quality.
• Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and regulators to achieve approvals.
• Support business development and proposal development.
