The role requires hands-on design involvement, mentoring of engineers, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Relocation support is available for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience leading civil engineering teams and site development projects.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple design teams in daily operations.
• Develop staffing needs and distribute work to balance workloads.
• Monitor project health: scope, schedule, budget.
• Ensure strong client relationships and regular communication.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to identify staffing needs and training.
• Mentor staff and support office growth plans.
• Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and oversee projects.
