This role combines hands-on design with team leadership, guiding engineers, technicians, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will mentor staff, manage schedules and budgets, and build strong client relationships while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to win and execute new work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in civil engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading site and land development projects.
• Ability to manage multiple design teams and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple design teams in daily operations.
• Develop staffing needs and distribute work to balance workload.
• Monitor project health (scope, schedule, budget) and ensure on-time delivery.
