Kimley-Horn in Pasadena, CA is seeking engineering graduates to join our team in 2027. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on civil and environmental engineering project work.

You will use software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel to analyze, prepare, and QC deliverables for clients, contribute to design, permitting, and analysis across multiple projects, and collaborate across disciplines to realize our clients’ visions.

Qualifications

• An ABET accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027 in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
• Learn software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, and GIS.
