Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Pasadena, CA invites engineering graduates to join our office in 2027. This is not a remote position and offers a gateway to growth across Civil/Environmental disciplines.

You will utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel and related software to analyze, deliver and QC project outputs while learning Open Roads, VISSIM, MicroStation, GIS and more as you contribute to planning, permitting, and design for multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited engineering degree required by Summer 2027.
  • Majors listed include Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
  • Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis.
  • Solve problems and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
  • Learn discipline-specific software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, GIS.
