Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to join our team for challenging site development and redevelopment projects.

This role involves overseeing the design and coordination of large-scale multi-family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in land development, a PE license or candidacy, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in land and site development.
• Ohio-licensed (PE) or PE-candidate Civil Engineer with 5+ years in land and site development.
• Experience in Civil/Land Development with public sector project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects with a Project Manager.
• Prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients.
• Lead the design of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements.
• Lead the design of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments.
• Work with municipalities on necessary permits.
• Manage projects of site development or redevelopment.
