Job summary

Arcadis in the United States is seeking an Ohio-licensed Civil Engineer (PE) or PE-candidate to join site development and redevelopment projects in Atlanta. You will oversee design coordination for large-scale residential, retail, corporate, and industrial sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality documentation.

You will lead drafting of construction documents with the project manager, coordinate with municipalities for permits, and drive projects to completion with precision.

Qualifications

• Ohio-licensed (PE) or PE-candidate with 5+ years in land/site development.
• Experience on single-site, municipal projects and construction documents.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to complete construction documents for site development and water resources.
• Lead design of roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements.
• Coordinate with municipalities for permits and approvals; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage technical documentation and drive projects to successful completion.
