Job summary

Kimley-Horn's Towson, MD office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our Land Development team. This is not a remote position.

You will perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects, coordinate budgets and schedules, and prepare bid packages and technical specs. Candidates should have PE eligibility (or license) and hands-on AutoCAD Civil 3D experience; strong client coordination and quality control are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering design experience.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience coordinating with clients and managing projects.
• Knowledge of construction documents and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop land development site designs and related documents.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and progress with team and clients.
• Prepare bid packages and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.
