Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in land development CAD.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk or Bentley products.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce sets of plans for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential land development projects.
• Develop technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Quality check drawings and plans of substantial complexity; perform calculations as needed.
• Supervise and train CAD staff as needed; maintain drawing database.
• Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control.
• Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards.
