You will perform site development engineering and manage residential and commercial projects, oversee permitting, and coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology tools is expected, along with strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering design experience required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design and permitting.
• Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology models.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead land development site designs and coordinate with clients.
• Prepare bid packages, technical specs, and permit applications.
