Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil/ construction related field.
• Minimum 2 years in estimating support, engineering, or field roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AGTEK Take-off software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job controls to ensure contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing.
• Interpret design/drawings for craft workers to ensure specifications are followed.
• Interface with on-site departments to resolve problems and support schedule.
• Research and resolve drawing interpretation issues to ensure compliance with codes and specs.
• Prepare documentation such as status reports, punch lists and material calculations.
• Provide material controls and design requirements to minimize costs.
• Prepare drawings and sketches to support change orders and estimates.
• Provide building control lines and elevations for accurate measurement.
• Develop data including quantities, material prices and labor costs for bids.
• Research historical data to support future estimates.
