Motorola Solutions is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to own pre- and post-sale civil construction requirements for regional projects. You will drive end-to-end project execution, coordinating with System Engineering, Project Managers, and subcontractors to optimize site development and constructability from bid to final acceptance.

The role emphasizes strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and vendor partnerships, with 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher in Business, Engineering, IT, Public Safety, or Technology.
• 3–5 years of Construction/Project Management experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction site appraisals and feasibility reviews.
• Coordinate with A&E firms, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost/schedule controls; maintain progress reports.
• Oversee site testing, turn-ups, and final hand-offs to customers.
• Maintain Constructability Issues Log and lead design/constructability reviews.
