Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to own pre-sale and post-sale civil construction for regional projects. You will coordinate with System Engineering, Project Managers, and subcontractors to drive end-to-end execution from bid through site acceptance.

In this role you will lead design reviews, manage constructability, control costs and schedules, ensure safety compliance, and partner with A&E firms to finalize site plans while supporting risk mitigation and vendor

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction/project management experience with OSHA Certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; no sponsorship provided.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site appraisals and constructability reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with A&E firms and subcontractors to finalize site plans and specifications.
• Manage safety, quality, and cost controls; provide weekly progress updates.
• Oversee site acceptance, integration, and hand-off to customers.
• Mitigate risk and optimize constructability from bid to final acceptance.
