Motorola Solutions is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to lead regional civil projects from bid through site hand-off. You will coordinate with System Engineering, Project Managers, and subcontractors to optimize constructability, schedules, and safety compliance.

This role emphasizes strategic planning, risk mitigation, and vendor partnerships to deliver on-time, within-budget site development. Occasional travel is required to support field execution and site acceptance activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Construction/Project Management experience.
• OSHA Certification required for this position.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Must be able to travel 25–50% of the time.
• Experience with safety protocols and R56 grounding requirements is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Site appraisals and strategy development for constructability and access.
• Design and feasibility review of site drawings and specs for cost-saving opportunities.
• Regulatory and compliance tracking (zoning, SHPO, NEPA) and risk management.
• Coordinate subcontractor bid walks and qualification assessments.
• Coordinate site mobilization activities and prelim construction scheduling.
• Develop and submit Construction Execution Plans and lead multi-discipline reviews.
• Collaborate with A&E firms to finalize site plans and specs.
• Direct on-site subcontractor work ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Monitor progress against budget and resources; provide weekly updates.
• Coordinate component testing, site inspections, and up‑turns of utilities.
• Identify punch-list items and hand off final closeout packages to customer.
