Job summary
Mortenson is seeking a Laborer to assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment assembly, and site prep. You will help prepare work areas, clean machinery, and support various crafts on site.
Responsibilities include loading gear, supplying materials, erecting scaffolding, and safely moving concrete components. A strong teamwork mindset and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed).
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication.
- Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload equipment.
- Prepare, handle, and supply materials and tools.
- Clean work area, machines, and equipment.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging.
- Level ground for scaffolding.
- Move and handle concrete components.
- General cleanup and debris management.
- All other duties as assigned.
