Qualifications

• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to work with power and non-powered hand tools and equipment.
• Strong teamwork orientation and communication skills.
• Repetitive hand/arm/leg movements.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment.
• Prepare, handle, and supply materials and tools to other trades.
• Clean work area, machines, and equipment.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging.
• Level ground for scaffolding.
• Move and place concrete and vibrate concrete.
• Assist with general cleanup and debris removal.
• Build positive relationships across diverse teams.
