The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with various hand and power tools; a strong teamwork mindset and reliable communication are essential for success on diverse crews.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to use power and non-powered tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.
• Strong teamwork, positive attitude, customer service, detail orientation, active listening and open to feedback.
• Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing: up to 50 lbs.
• Duties may change without notice.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment.
• Prepare, handle, and supply materials and tools to other crafts.
• Clean work area, machines, and equipment.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging.
• Level ground for scaffolding.
• Move and manage concrete and grout.
• Clear debris and maintain workspace.
